Dr. Goettelmann is dedicated to helping patients achieve lasting wellness through personalized, integrative care. She focuses on uncovering the root causes of health concerns and creating individualized treatment plans that empower her patients to restore balance and vitality.
Dr. Goettelmann earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University, followed by a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine from the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine. While completing her clinical training, she volunteered at the ATOM Clinic and Light of the World Clinic, gaining hands-on experience in treating chronic pain, headaches, PTSD, and women’s health concerns. She has since spent more than a decade helping patients heal through acupuncture and other Eastern Medicine modalities. She holds advanced certifications in Auricular Acupuncture, Injection Therapy, and NADA Acupuncture for addiction detoxification and PTSD.
Her current clinical focus includes fertility and gynecological health—addressing conditions such as menstrual disorders, menopause, PCOS, fibroids, infertility, postpartum recovery, and labor support—as well as chronic conditions like fatigue, insomnia, hypertension, digestive disorders, allergies, and migraines.
As a Diplomate of the National Acupuncture Board and a member of the American Acupuncture Council, Dr. Goettelmann is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and advancing the role of Eastern Medicine in modern healthcare.
Originally from La Habana, Cuba, Dr. Goettelmann is fluent in English and Spanish. Her early experiences in Cuba, influenced by her mother’s work in medicine and her own healing journey with acupuncture, inspired her lifelong passion for helping others improve their health naturally. She strives to support her community with compassionate care and education rooted in the principles of holistic, evidence-based medicine.
